1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop jesusblog.shop .

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.


4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices quoted are final prices including statutory VAT .

Shipping is free .
There are no additional shipping costs .


5th delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provided.

The processing time is usually 3–5 working days .
The shipment is then handled by a shipping service provider.


6. Payment

In our shop, you can use the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna).

The payment method will be charged immediately after the order is completed.


7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .

8. Warranty

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.

In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.


10. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.


12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect.
